Modern Nails is THE best salon I’ve ever enjoyed this much. Jean (and hubby are owners) did such a painstakingly thorough job that I just couldn’t believe there was an artist who was both professionally knowledgeable AND great at customer service! She would do a step, put me under the UV light for curing, repeat and repeat! She took her time. Very friendly… I learned a lot, and not just about nails!!! She put on gel color after the manicure. I loved it so much that I also got the most delightful pedicure, with calluses removed an all! (Yes, I have been for pedicures at inferior salons, and could not really tell a difference.) All of this for a very affordable price. And I did purchase lotion (a bit pricey but well worth it!) for my feet and anywhere else! They take reservations which is a

Trinh & Nam are a wonderful couple who offer many beauty services at reasonable cost. Trinh listens to what you want & did an amazing job on my gel nails. Nam did a great foot massage & pedicure. I live in Goldsboro but I'll be back because it's worth the drive.

This has been my nail salon for over 10 years! Rachel does my nails and she's great! Jean and her husband are the owners. Jean does great nails too.

The staff is very friendly. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit.

This was my first visit and I am definitely going back. Rachel was so kind and gentle. I was so impressed by how she listened to what I wanted and never once tried to talk me into something different. So glad I went to Modern Nail Salon.
