Modern Crystal Nails

I gave 5 stars because Erica does my nails right! She can replicate a design or freestyle! Love her talent! I was referred by the receptionist at my Dr’s office. I’ve been going to Erika since May faithfully!

I got my toes done and they filed so hard it broke my skin and shredded it. The acrylic also flooded the sides of my nail and now it looks like a big bulbous toe. They didn’t apologize and refused to take it off.

Pedicures are horrible, and the gel polish on my nail chipped after 2 hours. The people on the pedicure side kept on being yelled at for customers because they wouldnt clean the feet or shape the nail. They kept acting like we were asking for too much to want the toes even. One woman had a huge attitude when I told her I didn't want any specials. The manicure people were on their A game and took it seriously. I love my nails It's interesting that the standard doesn't carry. Avoid pedicures here.

Called around 6 something on Friday to ask if I can come in & if it wasn’t too late, the gentleman that picked up the phone confirmed that I can come. The pedicure was good even though she could’ve worked on my heels more. Aside from a gel pedicure, I did get my acrylics soaked off & they were very gentle with that whereas most places just rip them off. So I appreciate that. However, my manicure was rushed & she was extremely harsh to the point where I started bleeding & days later, around my nail beds still hurt. I wasn’t going to leave a review neither this low rating until today on Sunday, my fingers are still hurting & I’m bleeding this heavy around the same finger that I bled from on Friday…please don’t be so harsh on your customers. I understand money needs to be made but let’s resp

Amazing service, I was helped immediately and I came in on a Friday evening. I showed the nail tech pictures of what I wanted and she came through! I'm absolutely in love with my nails, very affordable price too! I did the spa gel pedicure and it was fantastic as well, this is gonna be my new spot
