I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s more than just a barbershop it’s an experience. Anh is not only an exceptional barber with amazing attention to detail, but she’s also warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her clients. The salon itself is always clean, modern, and comfortable, which makes every visit enjoyable. I leave looking sharp and feeling confident every time. Truly a gem in Needham!

I was here a while back and booked an appointment with Anh, as she had cut my hair the first time I was in here. Even though I had an appointment booked with her, she pointed to another barber and said he can cut your hair. I thought that was a really lousy thing to do someone that booked an with you. It's not good for business. I honestly felt like I was being discriminated against.

Highly recommend going to get a cut, trim, etc. from Hal at Modern Barber, he was first class! He just started up here a few weeks ago and is looking to build his list of clients- swing by and you won’t be disappointed. I will certainly be going back again!

Over the last year, I went here 5 times and found it to be a calm and always on time experience. On the 3rd cut, there was clear sloppiness and inattention to details - my sideburns were cut 1 inch higher on one side. The last time I went I got one of the worst haircuts I have ever had in the last 20 years of haircare. The owner was not professional in response to the jagged hairline she left. The price is good, but I think Supercuts is a better value and offers more consistency.The shop is not that clean or orderly. Lots of old, worn equipment is used, but the TV showing ESPN and the sports posters and decals on the walls are there to make men feel comfortable.

Anh was wonderful. I am very happy with my haircut and received quite a few compliments. I've always shown the same picture of my haircut from ten years ago to barbers, and Anh was able to replicate it better than anyone I can remember. I wish there were a barber like her where I live, as she knows how to cut Asian hair. She was friendly and efficient (took about 20 minutes). She even used her blow dryer to clean off hair from my clothes, which no barber had ever done for me.
