⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Second Visit , Still Impressed! Today was my second time visiting Model Nails, and once again, the experience was amazing! Anna did my pedicure, and I can’t say enough good things about her. Anna was so kind, patient, incredibly precise, and her customer service was top tier. She truly did a phenomenal job. I’m so grateful she was the one taking care of me today. I highly recommend asking for Anna when you visit; she’s definitely one of the best here! That great first experience is what made me decide to come back today. Since then, my sister returned and even brought my niece to get her hands and feet done too. Safe to say, I'd recommend Model Nails! 🩷💅 Tell them Sonya sent you.

I thought I found my nail spot after relocating to GA.I've been patronizing with this establishment after several failed attempts at other nail salons. I ask for the lady who worked at the #8 station who normally does my nails. I was told by the owner who was " VERY MEAN" that the young lady who worked at the #8 station is no longer employed there. I WON'T BE GOING BACK! You can't make money off emotions. You can lose customer(s) off emotions.though.

I’ve been coming to Model Nails for over 10 years, hoping to see some kind of improvement—but unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better. The salon is outdated, often has an unpleasant smell, and the overall atmosphere is far from welcoming. The customer service is consistently unprofessional, and the staff can be rude, especially when you request anything beyond basic services. The quality of work rarely matches the high prices they charge, and the pricing isn’t even consistent—what you’re charged one day may be totally different the next for the same service. The owner Brian and his wife are particularly unpleasant to deal with, and it’s disappointing to see a lack of appreciation for loyal, long-time customers. BE AWARE ….i’ve been here before and the job or price wasn’t bad but i’ve recently visit this nail salon and wouldn’t come back they charged me for a full set and i only got a fill in . not only that they didn’t replace my broken nails they just put acrylic over my real nail & nails were uneven on toes and nail they don’t understand english . they lie about prices as well. and now that i took my nails off after 3weeks my nail beds are bruised this never happen ever before until i went here

I have been going here on and off for two years. My nails are only a week old and my entire right hand nails are lifting. The guy that did them (heavy set smoker) cut me. He also cut my mom and he’s aggressive! The polish is awful! I noticed it as I was leaving, mentioned it to him and he didn’t fix it. I had two hours to catch a flight, otherwise would’ve demanded someone else to correct it.
