Ok!! I am so excited to write this review! I have been searching up and down, near and far for a decent nail shop. Well, let’s just say, I not only found a decent nail shop, but they exceeded all of my expectations and some! I loved the ambience and the soft music playing, not too loud. Very comfortable. All of the technicians were friendly and accommodating. But for me personally, my highlight was Hannah! She was so warm and welcoming. She made me feel like a celebrity as soon as I walked in. Not to mention her skills are fire! She listened to my requests and did exactly what I was looking for! I can’t say enough good things about this establishment, and I feel like I made a new friend in Hannah! Till next time!!! I can’t wait!!!

I literally go to this nail salon every time I get my nails Done. I’ve been a few other places since I moved to California and none of them were as friendly. The owner will make you feel like you’re the most special person in the room. Also, they’ve always done a great job and even if there was a little mistake, they don’t argue with you about fixing it. They fix it right away. Their prices are very reasonable. I bring every client from my job to them and they treat them Just as well. I work at a drug and alcohol treatment facility. They have mimosas there is complementary. I only had to ask them one time to not offer any drinks to my clients and they are very good at remembering that most friendliest nail salon I’ve ever been to.

Mod Nails deserves every one of these 5 stars! I’ve been coming here for years, and the service is always excellent from start to finish. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and well-run — you can really tell that customer care is their top priority. A huge shoutout to Annie, my go-to nail tech! She’s absolutely the best at what she does. Her pedicures are always perfect — she helps me pick the prettiest colors, pays attention to every detail, and keeps my feet and toes looking amazing. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Hannah turned my day around by saving my nails from a bad experience. She was very sweet and generous. I’ve been looking for a nail tech in LA and now I found one. She did an amazing job on my nails. I had builder gel on my natural nails and she knows what she’s doing!!

When I tell you I cried I’m literally not lying. I am a simple girl and just want white square nails. I’ve came here before and my tech met my needs no problem. This time I did not feel the same. The place looks good and clean and sanitize very well. I wasn’t really acknowledged until I was upset. Nobody talked to me. I stated to them Square white nails but there was no checking in for the shape. So I guess I figured he understood the assignment. I got rounded square and it couldn’t be saved. When I became upset he brought over a women that couldn’t fix my nails then she just apologized for the quality. Even tho she agreed it was poor work. They still charged me full price $161 for an unsatisfactory set. I won’t ever be back. I will not tell any of my friends. If you have an opportunity to
