Beautiful 😍 starting new job tomorrow and wanted to look nice. I was a walk in and sat down immediately. Entire thing took 20 minutes and beautiful job done. 30 total very reasonable. Thank you and you have a new regular customer 👍

Kim out did herself today with my weird Beetle juice nail request. They came out so Amazing. I love going to this place.

I was completely appalled by the lack of consideration and organization going on there. My husband and I are in from out of town, went in, got in line for 2 pedicures. There were several others who came in after us for pedicures. They had no order of taking people. When I finally stepped in to let them know we have been waiting, they paid no attention and pulled another couple that came in after us. Awful customer service.

I just went for a full set today and the lady I had was wonderful. She greeted me politely and we had conversations pleasantly. She never nicked me with the tools or accidentally put the prep on my skin and was extra careful with my cut. She was overall super gentle and very precise and took her time perfecting her work and didn’t mind me changing the design haha.

Honestly, I’m really disappointed. I was super excited to get these nails, and not only did the nail tech refuse to do the original design I wanted, but she also did them at uneven lengths and ruined my cuticles as well. A lot of plastic debris was left on my hands, too. I just was wishing a better experience. On another note, the staff were very nice to me. :]
