She was not only highly professional but also incredibly skilled and attentive, making the entire 60 minutes wonderfully relaxing. I really appreciated her expertise. It took me a while to write this because I was so overwhelmed with everything I wanted to share. Imagine the perfect massage. This was better. Every detail from the warm greeting, the space, sounds, aroma and intentional expertise were so thoughtful. I’ve been dealing with years of chronic pain and stressors that left me nearly hopeless and dissociated from my body. I’ve seen many specialists who now I feel were playing with me. It really pains me to write anything less than a perfect review because I came here for so long, and Sharlene has been a wonder. Also, this massage was so healing to me. But Sharlene rescheduled my service with no notice on the morning of 6 times before cancelling it altogether and raising her prices, due to the broken sauna. Although she did honor the price I booked it at when I confronted her about the price change, this was all especially hard to accept, because at one time last year when I cancelled the same day, Sharlene charged me full price (which I paid fairly). I wish Sharlene would have just communicated with me instead of constantly cancelling without any notice like this for so long. I have been a long time client of Mocha Wellness as I have the monthly subscription service. I woke up with a terrible back ache and lucky for me I had scheduled massage. Sharlene was able to source that I had serious knots in my quads and buttocks which was manifesting itself with lower back pain. She worked me SO good and gave me a good stretch that I left with no back pain after my session. I can't be any happier with my service. Sharlene truly has gifted hands and I always leave her feeling much better than when I arrive. If I could give her 1000 stars I would.
