Sepi is a lovely stylist! She was very warm and inviting and her attention to detail is beyond immaculate! From the moment I walked in, I was quickly greeted and offered a beverage. Everything is clean and orderly and the place and products smell divine! I got a lovely shampoo with scalp massage and my cut was exactly as I requested. I walked out with the best haircut of my life! It's so soft and shiny and bouncy! I will definitely be returning and recommending Sepi and Mo2Salon to my friends!

Walked in before lunchtime today, desperately in need of a cut after growing my hair out for a year, and I absolutely lucked out with the lovely, attentive, and precise Brissa. She truly listened to my concerns, talked through my options, and suggested the best possible route to achieve my desired look. I felt heard and completely confident in her hands. She made sure to style my hair beautifully afterward, and she was just such a joy to be around. The receptionists were just as wonderful — offering water and getting me scheduled right away. Five stars from a Cali girl trying to find her people in Charlotte! I genuinely appreciated this experience and will definitely be back.

I have been getting my hair done by Jia for several years! I am naturally have dark brown hair, but she always gets my right to a beautiful, voluminous blonde! It’s literally magic. I love the way she cuts my hair too, as I have thick hair that can weigh my face down. She always listens to my desires, gives me a realistic expectations, and always over delivers! Highly recommend her! In addition to Jia, the salon itself is very warm, cozy, and organized. They always communicate, follow up, and work together to meet your expectations. The owners are so kind and hardworking. The biggest green flag is that the salon has maintained how it’s run its business throughout the years, which is never easy! Thank you for always making me feel heard, beautiful, and welcomed!

Mohsen was amazing!! I went to him after I received a bad hair cut from a different salon, and he was able to fix the cut and exceed my expectations!! He is the best. I also noticed how every customer was greeted immediately and the entire salon had a close-knit family feel. I will be back and recommending him to all of my friends

I’ve been going to Mo2 since they opened - actually following them from the salon the owners worked at previously. Not only do they do an excellent job, they are lovely people too! I trust them with my color and cuts and always feel great walking out of the salon. All of the staff is friendly - making my salon visits such a great experience.
