I went to this salon because of the high recommendations my sister had for it, unfortunately, I did not feel the same. I got to the salon right before noon; Merelin is the hair dresser that colors hair, so I was waiting on her to arrive. She came to work an hour late and did not service me until another 30 minutes after she arrived. I spent 6 full hours in the salon for a single process color with a blow dry. From shampooing/ conditioning, applying the color, sitting under the hair dryer, & receiving a blow dry, the process only took 2 1/2 hours to do. If you don't mind spending your entire day getting your hair done, then this wouldn't be an issue. Best hair salon i love merlyn 💕 she leaves my hair looking like a goddest i absolutely love her and her salon so if you are thinking about it please go you wont regret it AT ALL!!!!! they have excellent customer service treats clients so so good i love it.
