DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE AN EXTRA 2HRS TO WAIT REGARDLESS OF HAVING AN APPOINTMENT! The worse customer service I’ve experienced!!!! Instead of the stylist, Wendy, apologizing for unable to complete my hair at the scheduled time she offered to refund me instead of styling my hair!! I went to the salon for 11:30a appointment to have a frontal wig installed. The time is now 12:34p and Wendy the stylist stated she needs another hour to finish a clients hairstyle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON, WENDY IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WOULD RATHER SIMPLY CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT INSTEAD OF ACTUALLY WORKING. BECAUSE I TOLD WENDY HER WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS SHE BEGAN ACTING LIKE A CHILD!!!
