I went in on Sunday for a haircut, bang trim, and tone. The lady I was with was extremely nice. The salon had spa-like music, which made for a relaxing vibe. However, the appointment was only supposed to be for a couple of hours. I ended up being there 5... I had to run as soon as she finished to get home to my kids. When she turned me around, I noticed my bangs were shorter than I asked for, which I know can just be due to how they were styled. I figured that I would wash my hair and style it myself when I got home... and then the horror set in. My bangs were completely uneven, and there was a significant line through my bangs from where texture shears were used. My hair is dark brown, which makes it extremely noticeable. Kierra (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) did a classic set on me and I couldn’t be happier! I wasn’t sure how to say what I wanted but she knew right away I needed an open-eye set due to my eye shape. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I can tell this set is going to hold up very well!! Also, this is probably the only time I’ve gotten lashes and it didn’t burn or turn my eyes red, so that’s a plus! This salon is really beautiful and clean and I highly recommend booking a service here. The prices are very fair.

ML Beauty Bar in Champaign, IL is the GOAT!!! All the ladies are very professional, well educated estheticians. I went in to get my eyebrows tinted and waxed and left feeling like a million bucks! The salon offers a very clean, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere. I didn’t have to wait to be greeted or for my appointment to begin. The manager there is super friendly and very well versed in all things beauty. I’m very happy with the work she did on my eyebrows. I have OCD and my eyebrows are a sticking point to me as far as symmetry and even my OCD is satisfied!! Thank you ML Beauty Bar and manager Hannah for starting my new year right!! I will definitely be going back.

I found this salon on TikTok Thursday and I called and inquired about getting Small-Boho braids done on my hair Saturday. The owner Meribelle (if I spelled her name correctly, lol-Sorry) was so sweet and professional. She asked me to text her a picture of the style I wanted and she responded back immediately and I was able to book my appointment with, Suzie, who was just as equally professional and sweet 🤗 I love the way my hair turned out and I am very happy with it. I also will be returning to get my lashes and eyebrows done, because every woman that walked in there for services, walked out looking better than they did coming in lol (NO SHADE). ALLL of the staff there were very friendly and welcoming, thank you all again. Great experience ❤️

I highly recommend ML Beauty Bar and Kyleigh specifically. I have known Kyleigh since she was studying to be a hairstylist, and she is one of my favorite stylists ever. I was really impressed by the service at ML Beauty Bar, as well! I like that they have uniforms, the place smells super good, and I also noticed that they have real-looking flowers as part of the decor, which is very chic. They are clearly putting effort into making the atmosphere extra-nice, which I appreciate! The prices are also very reasonable.
