MK Nails

I found Ben at MK nails a few months back. He is fun to talk to and does fantastic work. 5 STAR acrylic nail removal and manicure today! He has an awesome nail removal technique that doesn’t damage your nail bed like I’ve had done before. My nails looked beautiful after having acrylics on for two months.

I don’t usually leave reviews, so I’m only doing this because the service was absurd. We had an appointment today for a polish change on toe. I asked over the phone how much for polish change, they said it’s 35 for the polish and then the full pedicure would be 38 and I was with removal and gel and they said yes. So we went to the appointment. This lady was the most unkind nail tech we’ve ever had. She was removing the polish and stated what color would you like my sister said we are still looking she said you need to choose before I get done removing the polish, we continued to look she then asked again and stated the same thing. We then said black and she goes okay good that’s easy money. She took the color thing and my daughter keep in mind she is 4 years old was holding the color swatc

Not one to leave reviews so I'm definitely upset about my visit today. They were able to get me in for a gel pedicure same day I called which I am thankful for. The salon itself is very new and looks nice. I got the spa pedicure with gel and from the minute it started I should've known it was going to be awful. The water was boiling hot and they didn't make it colder once I said it was too hot and I had to physically take my feet out because it burned. She then cut my nails incredibly short without asking me the length I wanted them. They're literally nubs and barely there. She also rounded them out which is just weird for a pedicure as I'm used to everyone doing square toenails. The color was not what was swatched on the sample so it looked like I had no color on my nails and after going

gone to MK nails 4 times now. the frist 2 times I went it was 72.00 for a fill and nail art (I was ok with that) 3rd time I went the nail tech was removing my polish and before I knew it she filed my nails off really short I told her I don't want short nails she says O it's OK and she just went on doing her thing and told her I want my long nails back so she put a new set of nails on and finished up. When I went to pay she tried to charge me a $128.00 I told her I wasn't paying that and she said you got a new set and that's how much it was. I ended up only paying $72.00 Then this last time I went in (a few days ago) they charged me 86.00 I told them I would not be back again. I was talking with my co-worker about it she told me she goes to creative nails in Lebanon and she only pays $50 f
