Yes I am aware that you text me in regards to fixing my hair, but I don’t play like that about my time nor money as I wouldn’t play with yours or anyone else’s. The braids should have been executed the right way the first time or you should have offered my full refund. I would Never let you play in my head again. I pray no one else is a victim to you guys scamming people for their money and not getting the braids or hairstyles, correct. Emphasize that I should get a accommodated a full refund because I made it to the hair salon before you or the stylist or whoever was supposed to be doing my hair.

Zero stars. I have a called and texted this place in regards to my hair looking absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked for it to be taken down and a full refund. No one had responded. I would not recommend them. It’s so many other thing I can say as to why but I’ll leave it at my hair being done wrong. Picture on the left is what I asked for picture on the right is what I got.

I had a terrible overall experience at this salon. I was told they opened at 5A on a Sat. I traveled 3 hours only to sit and wait for an additional hour. I requested kinky twist when I called but once there I was told that I would have to wait even longer b/c only one braider could do kinky twist. Due to timing and their delay opening, I decide to do micro braids. I had to CONSTANTLY remind the braider to not braid me tight. I made it clear that I did not wear long hair due to the heaviness and it causing migraines. My request was disregarded and I had to return 2 days later to have the hair shortened. I wore style for approx 2 months and had a lot of hair loss around the edges once I took them down due to braider pulling my hair too tightly. The braids were beautiful once they were cut, b

This place is horrible the lady that was there was very rude she wouldn't even do my hair I only wanted 2 braids I rate this place a zero gotta do better on how they treat people they have very nasty attitude
