MJ2 Hair & Nail Boutique

I had my nails and lashes done a year ago. Nails cost $80 and lashes (classic) was $100. I came back today 10/12/2024 to get the same classic lashes and nails done and added a pedicure and was charged $400 for something that wasn’t even close to being as good as my first experience! I was charged $200 for this lashes!! And a $100 each for my hands and feet by Calandra Lamb Rhodes!. I tried to tell her to fix the coating on the nail with black painting and she said it’s just as the other nail, the black design just makes it look different. clearly not what the image shows. I can’t see without my glasses so I assumed the lashes were okay for at most $100 for classic lashes, only to be told it’s $200 and it’s already coming out. I added payment receipt as proof. I used the salon for hair services. The service that I got did NOT match up to the price. I had a appointment with Jojo, but she intentionally did NOT tell me that she would have a "stylist named Tia servicing me in her place. iI made the appointment with Jojo and she could've told me that she was overbooked or was not taking any new clients. I asked for curls using the Marcell iron, but Tia actually used flat irons that did NOT seems to do much to hair. I do NOT think she knows how to use the marcell iron and instead of saying that she just used the flat iron anyways. Jojo had ample time to let me know that she was using another stylist for ma and I would have rescheduled. She was still doing 2 other heads when I arrived. I love their service. I was lucky to get a drop in the day I went, but they usually go by appointment. I got my pedicure done by Mia, and as someone who has never done a pedicure in their life, this experience was life changing. Mia was gentle, kind, and supportive, and did an excellent job. I recommend their services to anyone.

Great experience. Jojo (my hair) and Mia (my nails) are fabulous. Tracy, Courtney, and Stephen are great stylists also. Lia is your girl for any type of braids.

This salon is a very welcoming and friendly environment. Posh decor & comfortable shampoo bowls. Courtney, The SupaStar Stylist slays short hair! He is a master of short styling, cutz & color! He will you acting Brand Nu! I cannot say enough compliments about his work or the comforts this salon.
