Dirty practices, I stopped going here after noticing that they never clean and sanitize stations between clients. They also do this weird thing of saving used paper towel in canisters under station for later use. I observed this while getting a pedicure. The warm towels appeared very dirty, I have this gross belief that they are not being washed and further being reused after warmed up again on several clients with out washing in between. I left disgusted and repulsed. Fast forward 2 months later and I am fighting a fungal infection. Called the health department and they didn’t seem to be too enthusiastic of checking out, so probably already aware. Proceed with caution ⛔️ 🤢 ⚠️

Idk what all the hate in the comments below are for. Cindy, Ken and the girls here work very hard and do a beautiful job. I usually go to Cindy she knows how I like my nails. She’s also very quick and sweet! I’ve been coming here for many years, and always will!

I'm so disappointed lately. The last time I was in to have my nails done I got the basic acrylic fill and nail polish. However, when my nails were finished I was hit with all kinds of charges for things like filing them down to make them the tinniest bit shorter. My bill ended up more than twice as much as it was originally supposed to be! At no time while she was doing my nails did she say she was charging extra for anything. Prices for services are supposed to be disclosed and posted where customers can see and be given a choice as to what they want done. Then today when I went in I told her what color I wanted and she told me she could do the Cat's Eye design for $8 more and said it would come to $28 for my fill, polish and this design. Perfect! When you have repeat customers you should be treated as such. They act like Im a stranger and I have been going there for over a year. They could really clean the shop.

I went here and got gel X on my nails with tips The next day, one of the nails, completely peeled off the artificial nail and the gel x . I went the next day to get it removed and this is how they removed it. They do not know proper nail care. I would advise if you care about your health of your nails I wouldn’t go here. I don’t think you should be applying anything to anyone’s nails if you’re not sure how to remove the things that you are applying to people’s nails. There’s no reason you’re charging for gel polish and it’s peeling off. There’s no reason why you’re charging extra for gel X and no one knows how to use it. I will be getting my money back saying that as I was there complaining about it not one of you guys initiated a refund for the $60 nails that I got yesterday and they’re
