The most incredible experience of my life! I went to Mizu Head Spa on Sunday and WOW!!! I’m still thinking about it days later. Erika, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal. She is warm, friendly, deeply knowledgeable, and truly a Go-Giver in every sense. We became instant friends because her energy is just that special. I booked the Tranquility Package and it was beyond anything I expected. The scalp analysis, exfoliation, double cleanse, nourishing hair mask, and hair steaming made my scalp feel cleaner and healthier than it ever has. This was a birthday gift for my daughter. I booked the Tranquility Package for 2. Bella and Olivia were wonderful! What a relaxing way to begin our day. The products smelled amazing and the head massage was fabulous. Just a note, if you have bangs or are a short haired person bring a hat. This is a basic blow dry while lying down. No styling so be prepared.

My kids got me a gift certificate for Mother's Day and I came in today for the Tranqulity Package with Teresa. The spa is clean and cute and friendly! It was decorated for Halloween. My service consisted of a hair & scalp evaluation using a microscope camera, then a mini-facial using Dermologica products and about a 12 step hair cleansing and conditioning ritual including lots of tools, including the water halo you've prob seen on Instagram, steam and massage. My favorite part about the experience was Teresa, who's an aesthetician and massage therapist. She really knows her profession, including all the active ingredients. And her massage was top notch! LOVE this place!! I have gone twice, once for the head spa plus facial and once just the head spa. Such a relaxing experience, the ladies working are so sweet, the massage bed and table warmer are soooo magical. Seriously better than a massage. Plus my wife’s hair looks so healthy and shiny!! Absolutely recommend for a fun relaxing spa experience with a hair and scalp treatment.

The head spa is a nice little place. The actual head spa part was really nice, they showed us the head cam and talked about what would benefit us most. We got the facial with the zen package and they didn't talk about our skin needs at all. They left the (what I'm assuming is an enzyme exfoliant) on parts of my skin for far too long. I think they may not have cleaned it off well, and I got some minor chemical burns leaving my skin really red and dry for days after. Go for the head spa, sure. But absolutely skip the facial. Update: Within a day of posting this review, the owner called me concerned about what happened. She was very kind and very interested in what happened to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Honestly, great customer service. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
