It’s always such an amazing experience coming to Mixed Elements. From Christy my awesome stylist, to Teresa the girl who does it all….. most amazing shampoo girl ever!! To Sandy and Allie the owners who always great you with the most welcoming smile.😃 When you leave you feel rejuvenated with a fresh bouncy new hair do. Went in for a waxing appointment, had my underarms, full legs, and a Brazilian with a mask done. Aerial was fantastic, the waxing went by so fast. She was personable and great at communicating. She did her best to distract me when she went to pull the wax off, and tried making the process as painless as getting waxed could be. She's truly great at her job and has some serious skills to get all the hair off so fast with relatively little pain. I will definitely be returning for follow ups.

My shampoo & haircut/style were great. Staff is super friendly. Christy gives great advice on how for me to deal with my hair...both products & technique.

Very disappointing interaction with this business. I had purchased a Groupon for highlights just a few weeks ago, and when I called to set up an appointment for this, I was told that they no longer honor these. Apparently, the member of staff who was supposed to do Groupon clients is no longer there - but surely, there are other stylists who could have taken me? I know businesses don't make a lot of money on Groupons, but nobody is forcing them to put themselves on Groupon and if you sell a service, you should also be willing to provide it!

My family and I see Nicole and Casey for all of our hair needs. Nicole is always fantastic with coloring (balayage, all-over, highlights, etc) and consistently providing updated haircare recommendations. Casey has been my personal go-to for chops and bobs since day 1. They’re both very personable, professional, and always helpful! We always come back.
