I have used Mitzi for years. She always does exactly what I ask, and if she doesn't think it will look good, she tells me. She did my hair for my wedding years ago, and she gave me perms back in the day, too. Most people fried my hair, but not her. She is the best! She always comes up with good ideas, too. I highly recommend her!
