Mitchells Hair Styling & Studio’s

I honestly had a nice experience about 2 yrs ago, had a nice girl, gave me the cut I wanted and styled it for me. Was happy with my hair! I don't know what has happened since then... But I am very disappointed that when I wanted to schedule another haircut last week they have given zero (0) customer service! Called twice,first time I was told someone would have to call me back, been several days no call back, called again and left message, still no call back. 2 yrs ago I don't remember such lack of doing their jobs.They lost a customer...I went and got my hair cut else where.

Still loving my haircut done by Kensie at Mitchell's...usually see Maggie but she's not able to work right now...Kensie did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to try anyone who works here. They are all friendly and professional, and it's always a pleasant experience!

I went there Thursday and had a very sweet young lady Destiny do my hair. She made me feel very comfortable and was very respectful. She did a great job! I will definitely be going back!!

Great Haircut!! I was a walk in, and was greeted warmly, by Sarah, and had a great haircut. In mid-move from the DC area, I was long overdue. She took her time, asked me several times during the cut, for feedback on length etc. A wonderfully, pleasant experience!! Thanks!

I asked for a simple hair cut yesterday and now my hair is completely messed up and I am very upset. I showed this girl the picture and she did not do what i showed at all. she also ignored me when i said to stop cutting because i didn't want my hair to be a certain length short. Very terrible experience never going back. not worth my money.
