Just horrible bad customer service, I’m literally sitting outside I told her exactly what I wanted showed her the picture so many times and she just getting a attitude for no reason and she was just like ok and she couldn’t do it and took it down and I even showed her right when i came in exactly what I wanted and she was like ye ye I can do it she really just wanted some money.

I was a walk-in for regular cornrows on natural hair and I am very happy with the result! I will be back again!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! My 16 yr old went to this shop alone to get box braids because I was sick with Covid and could not go. They charge $250 for mid back and $300 for butt length. She paid $250 for mid back. Her hair looked horrible and many of the supposedly mid back braids were only shoulder length. It looked very unprofessional and some of the braids were unraveling by the time she got home (we live almost an hour from the salon). She asked for a skunk stripe in the back so that the color would show only when she put it in a bun… look at the pictures… they said the only had butt length hair in the colored hair and they put 2 different lengths of hair in her head and allowed her to leave this way! The black hair was also so short that she could barely put it in a bun! I called the

They are definitely overpriced. I went to a braidshop in Tyler and did the box braids that were waist length for $240. They also change their prices arbitrarily.
