Miss Nails

These are truly the best people. The entire team is amazing. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and I already know we’re going to have a great time laughing and joking. On top of that, my nails always come out absolutely beautiful. Best nails I have ever had—hands down. I like my nails thin, and somehow they are both thin and incredibly strong, which is hard to find. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, twice a month, and I have never once been disappointed. It’s an absolutely lovely place, and the skill level of the staff is unmatched. Andy usually does my nails, and they are always perfect. Every single time. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Most of the time they do excellent work...its just it took so long to actually be able to speak to someone, called a few times waited, each time I called it just rang and rang. It took 2 whole days before I just decided to go in to see if they had room for a walk in..

I am not sure if the pictures actually show how bad they are, but I should have listened to the reviews. My nails where not shaped at all, I got some round, some squared some chipped. On my toes she did not paint the entire nail so all you see on the side is a bunch of top coat or gel/ whatever it is. Definitely not coming back. Can’t believe I paid them $60 for this mess.

Worst nail experience I ever had... I have been just doing gel at home normally but today we had some time to kill and my cuticles were grown out so I was like let's go get manicures.... What went wrong -Did not groom my cuticles at all before starting. -He barely asked me any questions on what I wanted I told him briefly what I wanted I thought he understood. -He hurt me multiple times with the grinder -My nails were not straight and even I tried to explain this to him he wasn't getting it my husband tried to explain this to him he then handed the the file to my husband - Never once made sure my nails were the same shape or length as my right and left hand ( see attached photo ). -I have acrylic all over my cuticles and fingers and gel all over my fingers -My nails are clumpy and

The nail tech that did mine did a horrible job! To be specific, he was a young man (there was only him and an older man there along with some ladies nail techs). He was pausing down to nails throughout the time to be on his phone scrolling. I asked him to please fix the nails shape on one of my nails to match the shape on my other hand and he didnt even respond. He just grabbed my hand and filed and didn’t even see if the shape matched afterwards. He barely said 2 words to me the whole time. And the hand massage afterwards was terrible, short, and lifeless. I will not be returning here and would advise any new people to stay away and get your money’s worth from nails salons who actually appreciate your business.
