MISS A

Stopped by miss A today the girls who were working this morning were very nice. They were playing good music and they were even dancing alittle bit it made my shopping experience fun! The girl who helped me which I assume is the manager because the other girl was asking her questions helped me find makeup for an event I am going to tonight. She made sure I found everything I needed and even went to the back to check for some items. I will be coming back for the fun products and nice people !

At first my experience was decent coming here, however that changed when I lost my bag. Im aware that it’s my responsibility to keep an eye out for things that I lose and I take full accountability for that, however when I asked if there was anything I could possibly do about my stuff being lost, (like at the very least if I can leave my name and number so they can give me a call if my bag was turned in), the manager looked at me and rudely said “there is nothing I can do” with the most bitter tone ever like I offended her. I understand customer service being a frustrating field because I work in customer service as well, but even I know not to be rude toward someone who’s kind to me. 9/30/25 I always love to go to this store and recommended it to friends. However after the service I got today I will not be returning and judging by these comments it might be the same rude girl that's been there for months. She stood behind the counter looking miserable. I understand not everyone has a good day but if you feel that way dont come to work. I am in customer service myself and so I know how it is. But you need to learn to leave your problems at the door. When I got to the counter I put the basket down and started to take out the items she was like I'LL GET THEM OUT, I was like okay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Miss A is such a great place! The store was very clean and organized, and I loved how welcoming the atmosphere felt. They had an awesome selection of both jewelry and makeup — so many options to choose from! The products work really well, last all day, and the prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for affordable but quality beauty products and accessories. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First off I spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to even show up at the counter to check me out because the employee was in the back room with nobody else out on the floor. I understand that employees have bad days but if you’re going to be miserable and using the same hand to wipe your snot from your nose multiple times to touch all my stuff you are ringing up i suggest at least keeping a box of tissues and hand sanitizer nearby.. it’s not even about the hilariously bad customer service at that point its just basic hygiene like come on girl. I debated just walking out at that point but i came to this store for stuff i needed to stock up on and this was my only option today unfortunately. Just please please please don’t use your snot covered hands to ring up peoples beauty supplies
