MISS A

MISS A is one of those stores where I always walk out with more than I planned, in the best way. I stopped by recently just to look around, and an employee pointed me toward a new section of makeup and accessories I hadn’t seen before. I ended up finding a few really cute items for such a good price. The store was clean, organized, and easy to browse, and everything felt like a fun little discovery.

We love this store super cute. Had a bad experience yesterday. Touched a bracelet and it broke in my hands. I told the associate which she instructed me to pay for it. That's ridiculous it's a dollar store some of the items are already damaged and to expect me to pay and tell me multiple times it's upsetting. Its broke I didn't break it. There's a difference.

During my inaugural visit, recommended by a friend, I thoroughly enjoyed exploring and selecting items for myself and my daughter. As closing time approached, we were notified by an older lady named Mariah, who exhibited rudeness and irritation at our lingering presence. Regrettably, the customer service at the register escalated with unwarranted attitude towards both my friend and me. In response, I politely requested the name of the individual and concluded my visit. I enjoyed my time there, but the customer service…not so much.

I was overcharged at the store this afternoon and no receipt was provided at checkout. They didn’t ask me if I need the receipt so I assumed it’s left in the bag. Bought 11 items with only 1 item being $1.33, but I was charged $18.80. Since there’s no receipt, I didn’t bother to go back there to ask for refund. Don’t want any extra drama to ruin my day further.

This store is packed with good stuff and at a very reasonable price.
