MISS A

I seen people reviewing the store on TikTok (Indianapolis & other cities) so I wanted to go shopping there to see what goodies I’d find & like. The store was coo. I just can’t get over how bad customer service was. You all should hire customer friendly ppl. There was a black girl with greenish dirty looking locs, talking on the phone thru her Bluetooth. Sadly, she was the only employee there or I would’ve went to someone else. She didn’t speak when I came in although I was the only customer there…didn’t ask if I needed help…then when I was checking out, I asked her a question and she literally said NOTHING, completely ignored me. She has a nasty demeanor and I’m appalled at whoever thought it was a good idea to hire her. She belongs in fast food where ppl don’t care as long as you get ther

I usually love shopping at Miss A, but unfortunately today I had a very negative experience with an employee. She was rude, appeared lazy, and seemed rushed to close the store and get customers out. She spoke to me disrespectfully, and as I was leaving, she made another comment and shut the door behind my friend. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to Miss A. I don’t feel comfortable being disrespected by employees when I’m simply trying to enjoy and support a store that sells great products. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

This store was amazing! Alot of goodies such as make up, hair accessories and jewelry. This is located in the mall.

Miss A is a great little find I have become obsessed with! Fun jewelry, accessories, makeup, nails and So much more. Their prices are unbeatable and the staff are so helpful and friendly they keep me coming back. Guarantee if you walk in and look around you won’t leave empty handed ^^

The employee was rude to me and didn't want to help me like I was in her way. I don't know if this was the manager but I wanted to ask but I was too afraid to get into it with her cause. I would start something but interesting store. I don't think nobody looks at this.\nToo bad , i'm not going back to this store
