MISS A

During my visit, I felt I was being closely followed and monitored in a manner that made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. At no point did I engage in any behavior that would justify being treated as though I was attempting to steal. The situation left me feeling unfairly targeted and disrespected as a customer. I understand the importance of loss prevention; however, the way this was handled made me feel singled out rather than supported as a valued shopper. No customer should feel profiled or presumed guilty while simply browsing. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and that staff be reminded of appropriate customer engagement standards to ensure all shoppers are treated with fairness and respect

I have been to Miss A each time I visit the mall and it has always been fantastic value for the prices. I always find something cute, particularly in jewelry and the hair accessory choices are impressive. Alexandre helped me today and she was very kind and helpful. If you visit Miss A you have to realize what you are walking into. I love this location and have always had a pleasant experience shopping there.
