ORANGE HAIR!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I am devastated right now. I originally booked for a full highlight/ color/cut…the last 2 pictures are the examples I gave the stylist, Emily, who should have never worked on my hair. She told me that the photos were bayalage, not highlights and that she would do the bayalage on me instead. That would have been great but she did not do that nor listen to me. I asked her if she was coloring my hair first (I have gray hairs to begin with) and asked when she was adding blonde highlights after she came out with what she called strawberry blonde which was bright orange. She said she was covering up the blonde with this strawberry blonde, and that this is what the photo showed. I refused that color. She came back with a deeper color she called “copper” which i

I was really looking forward to my first visit to Mirror Mirror, and while Brittany was incredibly kind and professional, unfortunately my experience with the hair color didn’t turn out as expected. I was told the color would blend after washing, but even after six washes in just two days, my roots remain a very bright red that doesn’t match the rest of my hair. Brittany did issue a refund for the root color, which I appreciate, but i’m left feeling very embarrassed about the final result. I genuinely just wanted it to be fixed. I hope this feedback helps in improving future experiences for first-time clients like myself.

I came to Mirror Mirror on Thursday for a complete change and that is what I got. Yarelis was my stylist and I left feeling so confident and beautiful!! LOVE this salon and the atmosphere is amazing. Today was my 2nd visit to Mirror Mirror with Morgan. My 1st visit was for a long over due haircut and Morgan did a phenomenal job. Today was for blending my gray, but we switched it up a d once again Morgan did quite the transformation! I absolutely love it❤️❤️. I had the absolute best experience at Mirror Mirror House of Hair with Emily for my blonding service. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Emily is knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to which is important when you’re spending 5 hours in someone’s chair. She kept the health of my hair a top priority, but also helped me achieve the blonde look that I wanted. On top of that, the salon is has a welcoming/stylish vibe that I love. I’ll definitely be coming back!
