I.have natural curly hair and not just any hairdresser can do curly hair. Alisha was amazing I've been to her 2 times now and have absolutely loved my hair. She knows her stuff when it comes to hair. And she just cool to visit with while your at Mirror Mirror. Plus the environment with all the cool things you can purchase was a unique experience that you don't find in Any other salons. Thank you Alisha I love my hair

DO NOT PRE-PAY WITH ELISHA. She offers the pre-pay packages for a discount. Don’t do it... I did, and she strung me along the day of our appointment about running late bc she was out of supplies for my appt, then after 2 hours of waiting being strung along “I’ll be back soon!” (yes, 2 hours) I got fed up and left. She apologized profusely and said she’d refund my money. Great, that’s the right thing to do! Except, she hasn’t refunded me my $185. I work hard for every dollar I bring home to my family. This is completely unacceptable business practice. It’s been months now of her stringing me along promising the refund. BUYER BEWARE.

I went to see Bridget to use my gift card I received for my birthday. I took a picture for what I wanted my hair colored and another for the style I wanted. The first time it was not that bad, except for when I put my hair up you couldn’t see the hi lights on the sides of my face and the front bang area, which I told her I wanted a heavier strip. I spent $190 and tipped $16. I contacted her the same day and told her how I was displeased. She was very nice and we set up an appointment so she could address the areas I wanted fixed. I went in and not I have the entire front and top of my hair a yellow/gold mess. You can no longer see the brown i naturally had. All you see is gold. I was in tears when I left. Somebody misled me about a free event.Being hosted at her Hair Salon, promising free haircuts.And when I got there, she had informed me that she had absolutely no idea about what i was talkimg abouy but was still happy to do my hair anyway.Free of charge.And she did such an amazing job.I will only be going to her from now on
