On 7/14/2024 I walked in on Sunday afternoon and approached 3 ladies, I kindly asked if they could cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. I got ignored and some heavier set Mexican lady came up on to me And told me to have a seat on her chair. The moment I sat down she was so angry, I couldn’t understand what I did. As the haircut continued my partner was behind me and stated if she was cutting my hair correctly since obviously he knows what I like and how I wanted it, she then responded so rude to him and snapped, I told her it was my first time here so if she could understand, she clearly did not understand and I told her please stop cutting my hair and she got very upset and demanded I get out of her chair. With no hesitation I got out of the chair scared for my hair and myself!!!!!!!

I took my son here for a haircut and had a very disappointing experience. I clearly told them for a specific cut with some length left on the top, but the stylist cut it way too short. The result looked nothing like what I requested, and it honestly looked really bad on my son! I felt like they didn’t listen at all to what I asked for. We left very unhappy, and unfortunately, I won’t be bringing my son back here again.
