I had gone here for the very first time and I saw Kate and I went With a lot of extensions keratin ones and she took the time and was kind enough to help me the same day get them out. The salon was very cute and neat and clean and Kate was absolutely awesome. Great personality great people skills I would recommend her to anyone..

I asked for a very last minute appt with Kait & she was super willing to get me in & worked around what I already had going on, & was just super welcoming & accommodating . She was did a super awesome job on my nails & made me feel very comfortable while I was there! 10/10 service, & cannot wait to get my next set done by Kait as well!

Hello! I had really bad anxiety about getting my hair cut as I haven’t had it done in 7 years. Anna L. did my hair and did a WONDERFUL job! She helped me make sure my anxiety stayed low while she did my hair. She constantly made sure what she was doing was okay & overall made me feel super comfortable! I absolutely love my hair cut and will be returning in the future! Thanks a bunch! ❤️

I absolutely love the ambiance of the new salon space in Jamestown. It always smells so good in there and very clean, not to mention the floor to ceiling windows make it so bright and cheery. Everyone of the stylists is entertaining yet professional, I always know I'm going to laugh when I visit and it makes it that much more of a personable experience. I've sat in Amanda Holmes chair for the past 10 years and followed her to different salons. I'm so glad she's found her home here, she's an asset to their team. She always has my best interest in mind and we're at the point now where i sit down and tell her, "do what you want". I have never left unhappy, shes done a color correction last year and we had to take me dark to fix it and give my hair a break. Now, she's slowly going to work me
