I recently had an incredible experience at the salon where my stylist masterfully executed an innovative transformation of my locs. The process involved strategically cutting my mature locs in half and reattaching the extensions to create a full, voluminous head of hair. The results were nothing short of spectacular. Don’t book here. She’s extremely unprofessional. She had to relocate already knowing I had an appointment booked with her for over a week. On the day of my hair appointment, she told me she had to relocate to Fort Worth, Texas, which is about two hours away from my place. After sending her a $25 deposit fee, which I’ve never had to do before when getting my hair done, I was told that I had to wait to be refunded. However, there wasn’t a wait when I sent her the $25 deposit fee. If you’re going to run a business treat your customers right in be more communicative with them I understand that things happens but at least let someone know before hand I messaged her the day before my appointment there was no response she could have handle things better by letting me know that she had to relocate

Took the time to think how to leave this review and giving my honest opinion and I love that Sabrina worked with my style request when my current loctician wasn't available for me but I spent a lot of money I get that it's a salon and not doing my hair at someone else's home so im use to getting a better deal and it seems like the request I wanted was going to be more work which I get. However it seemed odd that I had to go get my own flexi rod rollers so it told me none of her clients never requested getting curly locs. Not only that but I had to bring my own towel which seemed weird also Sabrina asked me to lend her $20 to help get a product from the beauty supply so in a way give some discount on my appointment which was going to be over $200 before I communicated what style I wanted. W

Bill was very informative and he helped me schedule an appointment with ease. He let me know what the service involved and answered all my questions. I appreciate the work that was done by Sabrina! She did an excellent job! The energy was there so i'm gonna be a repeat client!

I find it very crazy that I was blocked all because of a misunderstanding. I asked you for my refund. I wasn’t refunded my $25 deposit back that you told me I would get back. Guys, do not book here. She’s unprofessional and doesn’t know how to run a business. I wish there was an option to remove the other star, but I had to put it there so I can let everyone know not to book here. Don’t book with Miracle Locs! There is nothing miracle about this business. She is very unprofessional. Don’t book here. Find somebody who can run a business and treat their customers right. I could have used that money for something else; she doesn’t care about other people; only cares about herself; that’s not fair that I wasn’t refunded!
