I’ve always loved getting my brows threaded here they are quick and do a good job until recently there has been a different lady she does a horrible job. I’ve seen her twice the first time she was just sloppy and left hairs that i had to go home and pluck. Why would i spend 12$ to get my eyebrows done just to go home and fix them?? The second time she was also sloppy left hair and each brow looks completely different and she cut me right above my eye then proceeded to say it was because my skin is thin (i’ve never had this problem before) will not be returning

You be the judge of the brows…. Anyway the facility is relatively clean and pleasant women working there; their sanitation is questionable, i didn’t see anyone wash their hands or use hand sanitizer between clients, I didn’t see them clean seats between each client. I received an underarm wax and the person used the same dip stick over and over in the pot; I did not see her change the wax and do not know if that was new or used wax. She did use gloves during wax. There is a linen spread on the table for waxes, unknown if linen is changed between guest or not . In hindsight i should not have proceeded with my wax and threading. That said my underarm wax is fine and will come back to update if any weird fungi/unusual rashes occur.

I had to delete my review on how this place deserves recognition, Only one person here deserves recognition. Edit. Since then, I have only gone to see Rukmani. She is amazing and listens to me. I've been trying to grow my eyebrows out but still have them presentable. I went here on my usual Sundays to see her and Nadia ( I did not get her card, I am not sure how to spell her name) another lady was there and I should of asked for my usual lady because now I have never felt uglier. She basically took off all of my eyebrows, they are super thin and uneven and I went home, and my Finace literally said I should shave them off and just redraw them back on they would look better. I feel like a CLOWN. Then. As if she wanted to fix her mistake, she just tried to sell me makeup, as if that's what

Out of all the times I’ve came this was by FAR the best experience. Farwa is an absolute perfectionist. I was amazed, she literally got my eyebrows symmetrical and they STILL look thick and even more defined. I’m very impressed. She has hands of an artist. An eyebrow sculptor if you will!

My eyebrows were done completely uneven, she waxed half of one eyebrow off and left a hole in one. She cut too much off the top and was trying to have me leave w left over wax still on my face. When I told her I didn’t like it, she said well it’s wax… I have gotten my eyebrows waxed for 25 years and it’s never looked like this. Plus you offer waxing, it’s a service. Trying to blame it on me because you’re horrible at your job. Don’t go here.
