We booked a session for four of us to celebrate a friend’s birthday and this was my second time visiting. The communication and booking process were smooth and easy, which I appreciated. However, once we arrived, the experience felt rushed. There was no introduction or explanation of the service—just paperwork to fill out and then straight to lying down. The rooms felt small for a couple’s massage, and you could tell the therapists were struggling with the limited space. At the end, they did offer champagne, and we were able to toast to the birthday, which was a nice touch. Overall, the experience was okay, but it didn’t feel relaxing or special, and it fell short of what we expected

We purchased a “premium” spa package through Groupon and much to our surprise we had to pay an extra $25 at checkout per their policy. If the service was good- I wouldn’t have minded. But this is easily the worst massage my husband and I have ever gotten. It’s not a massage it’s more like an uncoordinated rub down. The massage tables are extremely hard and the sheets were stained. Don’t expect that you will be in a private and quiet room-you are in a tiny glass enclosure where you’ll hear all of the outside sidewalk and traffic noise- from dogs barking, people talking, outside music and car traffic noises. This was a total waste of time and money.

I had an appointment for 10:30 am, I was running late and they helped me out and changed the appointment time for me. We arrived, smell amazing, cozy, relaxing, day spa massage for 1:20 min. Silvia nd Shanon are amazing, lovely. Definitely I will be coming back!!!

This was easily one of the most unprofessional experiences. My boyfriend got us a couples massage from Groupon (for $200 which is already so overpriced for what it was) for my birthday. We were booked for 4:30 and got a text 20 minutes before to push back an hour to 5:30. We showed up at 5:30 on the dot and were sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes with no one present. We literally walked through the whole spa and even went upstairs looking for someone since we had dinner reservations and it was clear they had no regard for our time. Finally, they appeared from one of the rooms and checked us in. We were lead to the room and told to undress and we got started. To begin with, our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., and we were instructed to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. We arrived at 10:45 a.m. but were not greeted or acknowledged until 11:15 a.m. There was no staff present when we arrived, and we waited in the reception area for quite some time before anyone addressed us. Once we were finally taken back, the service felt rushed and unprofessional.
