I came in for the first time today and I felt very welcomed. They were very sweet and one of the girls actually took her time to do my nails and made it look nice for my somewhat short natural nails

They did a very bad job on me 🙀 and she feels good about herself. They always complain about customers in different languages. My hands hurt a lot after getting my nails done. When I paid, I didn’t have change. In order to make money, they didn’t give me change directly, saying it was a tip. They took my money rigidly. I went home and was so angry. I kept thinking about it all the way. They made my hands full of wounds and I had to give a tip. I was not happy at all. You better not go to this store!!！！！！！！

My sweet 16 is tmr. I went to this nail Solon and make an appointment a few days before with my 3 other friends.The lady was putting my nails on and my pointer finger was very Crooked and she kept Saying it was my finger. She switch me and my friend, so a different lady was looking at my crooked nail and so she took it off and redid it but made my nails very short and I want a long nails so I told her it was too Short and she was like no it’s not short it’s not. I told her well it’s a big party it’s my big day and I want my nails how I want them and so she switched me to a guy to do my nails so he soak them off and put a new set on and I told him I wanted them wrong and he cut them to the length I wanted them but then he started to file them down a lot and I told him to stop and he kept g

The space looked bright and inviting compared to other nail spas in the area. I got a regular manicure & pedicure and it was $30. I was hoping this would be my go-to nail salon, but it’s a no from me. I didn’t care for the technician that worked on my nails, unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. She was quite rough while working on my hands and my nails didn’t look good afterwards. The polish was thick & clumpy, and my nails looked crusty. Also, I didn’t think she was very sanitary. For example, when getting the hot towel to clean the lotion off my hands she used the towel to wipe her hands first which was odd. I couldn’t remember if this was standard, but it didn’t feel right. The best manicure of my life! I did a hard gel manicure here and Jenny took care of me and my nails. She was meticulous in her work and is a master perfectionist. Originally, I had stopped in here for a gel pedicure and was amazed by how clean the work was that I thought… why not a manicure too? I can’t stop looking at my nails! I will say that beauty is pain though because I was in pain when she was cutting my cuticles!
