So I have been coming to Mindy’s off an on for awhile now because some days are a hit a miss but today CROSSED the line with me!! I went to get a complete new set to get the color I originally asked for, so instead of soaking them off he puts em short an starts getting another nail an starts going under! A yes I know this works but I told him MULTIPLE times that it was hurting an he IGNORED me!!! Then when he got to my middle finger you can see he broke my real nail an STILL try’s to continue!! I had to pull my hand away then he asks if I want to soak that it takes longer.. Like I know that so he starts talking to where I can’t understand him so I’m sitting with my nail in pain an him talking to where only the workers know what he is saying!! I really enjoyed my time there. I went last minute to get my nails done and they got me in right away and did an amazing job! Will definitely be going back

I have been going to Mindy's off and on for a couple of years for gel mani/pedis and today I discovered that they have the dip powder which I have always wanted to try. They came out perfectly and I'm definitely going to come get my nails done more often. The dip powder is the way to go. Thank you. 😊

The gentleman who did my mani/pedi was personable and nice. Lady who did my husbands never spoke. Did my husbands nails without asking. Cuticles were not done on toes or fingers. Barely filed them. This was my husband’s first mani/pedi. It was his birthday week and a treat from me. What a HUGE disappointment. They weren’t even busy when we went. This was the week of July 20th, 2025.
