Mindy's Nails

I’ve been seeing Brian for Gel X for about a year now. Majority of the time I have been satisfied with the results. This time however I could not be more dissatisfied or disappointed with not only my nails but how the situation was handled. I spent over 100$ to get my nails done and a little over an hour in the salon. As Brian was doing my nails I mentioned that they were too long and he insisted that they be the length he left them at. I woke up the next morning and one nail completely popped off clean. Over the course of the day 7 other nails proceeded to pop off, as if they were press on nails from CVS. The quality of the nails done were extremely poor. And I was not interested in having them redone. I contacted Brian and was hopeful he would do the right thing and refund the price of

Everybody is talking about how great Brian is (which he is) but let me tell you about my guy Kevin. He’s quiet, but don’t let it fool you. He has great attention to detail and takes his time. I first started coming to Mindy’s Nails almost a year ago after moving to the area. I had tried another salon in Peabody that absolutely destroyed my nails. It was pretty horrific. Feeling pretty apprehensive to all new things and trying to find my footing, I decided to give Mindy’s a try. Kevin was so gentle and helped me get my nails back to a healthier place. I lowkey didn’t want to write this so I could still get my appointments on the books but I do want to just give Kevin the appreciation he deserves too!

Brian Is an exceptional nail artist/tech. I have been going to him for years, and so does most of my family and friends. He goes above and beyond for his clients, while holding a clean, respectful, and safe establishment. He and his co-workers are all amazing and great I what they do. fair pricing and expectational work. I've never had a bad experience here! LOVE THIS PLACE!! Thank you Brian for always being great.

Love this place! The owner, Brian, and all of the nail techs here are amazing. I usually go to Kevin and he does such a great job especially with the shaping of my nails. I have tried many nail salons since moving to the area and Mindy’s Nails is the best one!!

**Editing an old review** but I have still continued to go to Mindy’s Nails and, as usual, I continue to get incredible nails and eyebrows. I have seen a new woman named Lee the past 2 times and her designs are always on point and beautiful! No matter who you see, the results are A-1! **new picture is the black with snowflake** “I see Brian every single time I go in. He does nothing but incredible work. And the 2 women in there do amazing eyebrows. They all listen, and do exactly what I look/ask for. Plus, their customer service is unlike any other place I’ve been. I’ll definitely be a customer for life!”
