Mindful Massage

Jared is not only experienced but also genuinely caring. I brought my special needs son to him (he tip-toes), which has prevented his leg muscles from developing as they should. Jared not only helped my son during the session but also gave me valuable tips to continue helping him at home... and according to my son, Jared's massages are way better than mine! We can't wait to go back. I highly recommend him!

Jared from Mindful Massage is fantastic! He has an in-depth knowledge of the body and how to alleviate pain and stress. I have old sports injuries, inflammation and arthritis, and he knows how and where to focus. Whenever I leave, I feel so much better and couldn’t recommend his services enough!
