Mindful Massage

Mindful Massage is my favorite place for a massage! Not only is the massage amazing, if you have a specific issue or just need a relaxing self care time, but the attention to detail in making sure you are comfortable and have an enjoyable experience the moment you walk in the door. Mariah is very skilled at what she does, I have been to so many other massage therapists that have actually left me in more pain after the massage, but Mariah has helped so much with the tension in my chest and shoulders. Mindful Massage is a must try!!
