Mindful Massage

I just left Mindful Massage feeling incredible. Nicole was attentive, asking questions to ensure she addressed all my needs. She took her time with each technique, and I particularly appreciated that cupping and scraping are included as part of her standard service. Highly recommend for anyone looking to feel refreshed and cared for!

I had a truly transformative experience with Nicole at Mindful Massage. Her technique was spot on and her presence is so calming and nurturing. She really listens and adjusts her technique accordingly. She is very much in tune with what the body is communicating and asks clarifying questions to address the core of any painful areas. I was very impressed overall and felt an immediate increase in my range of motion and energy levels. 100% would recommend and plan to go for a follow up visit ASAP!

This was my first time using this therapist and she knocked it out of the park. My legs have been sore from being on my feet all day serving and the time and attention she put into working through the muscles showed in how wonderful I felt getting off the table. She also worked my arms and neck which are my favorite areas to have done. I cannot recommend her enough, if you live in Casselton and haven’t gone here, what’re you doing!?! Also if you’re in the FM area this short trip is very worth it! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to be back!! :D
