Ronda has been my massage therapist for over 10 years, I first met her at Harmony Farms. During those 10 years I have traveled all over the world scheduling appointments for a massage while on vacation. I am always disappointed and have yet to find anyone who comes close to what Ronda does! I have serious problems with my neck and shoulders and when I leave her room I feel like a new person. I can’t say enough good things about Ronda - she’s the best!

(Super late review): last July I went to a concert in the Dayton area, and before flying back home wanted a massage (as I was super sore and dealing with existing injuries). I called to book a massage the day I was flying back home, one of the massage therapists that they were unable to see me because they were all booked up. But then, recieved a call Ronda was able to take care of me. The atmosphere was great, vibe of the location was very inviting and relaxing and the massage was amazing! She expressed to me that when clients are flying out, she likes to do her best to be able to help them before their flights, which is why she was able to squeeze me in. I come in from out of state to visit family twice a year and Mindful Massage & Body is an essential requirement of my stay. Ronda has an impeccable memory, skill, and knowledge of her client's needs and sensitivities. I appreciate both her consistent strength and her attention to details where she can hone in on a specific muscle group, etc. My favorite part is when she wants to try out a new technique or stretch and allows me to give her honest feedback good, bad or indifferent. She is passionate about quality care and providing a personalized experience specifically suited to her client's requests. I always get the 90 minutes and have never had less than an excellent experience.

Relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was very professional and kind. Lauren made my experience with massage very comfortable. I left feeling super relaxed and rejuvenated. I'm from out of state, but would totally come back! Highly recommended.

My massage experience with Ronda was excellent. I my self am a massage therapist for 20 years and can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Ronda was intuitive, body educated and all around therapeutic. Her studio reflects her mind, body, spirit and soul. It’s an authentic experience even for the most veteran of massage goers.
