I found this salon through Google earlier this year and I’m so glad I did. Ivy is amazing. She’s super easy to talk to and really listens to what I want every time. I always love my haircut and the first styling, and I appreciate how much care she puts into my hair. You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job, not just rushing through the appointment. I always leave happy and feeling good about my hair. Highly recommend Ivy if you’re looking for someone you can trust.

I kept forgetting to leave a review for my hair that was done months ago. I called before going in for straightening my hair. I was told $150. After I sat down and they started working on it, the boss/owner came to me said that her staff made a mistake. It will cost me $250. Yes I ended up paying $250 coz I was already there in the middle. That’s the part one made me feel not comfortable. Then the boss wanted to make conversation I guess asked me where I live. I said Cerritos, she responded with a sarcastic smile “Cerritos is a big place! You own this whole city?” I took it as she is rude. I don’t have to tell you anything and I don’t need to disclose my actual location. My hair ended up not too bad, but is it $250 good? I am sure I can get it somewhere else cheaper. Joyce is the new owner, and I really like the hair color she chooses for me. Every time I get highlights, I feel much younger than my actual age, and the color suits me perfectly. The price is also much more affordable compared to typical American salons. I even bought some of the hair care products from her salon, and I find them very effective. Now I’ve become one of her regular customers for coloring and highlights.

My mom and I both got our haircuts from Ivy and she was amazing!! She styled our hair so beautifully, beyond what we expected. So sweet and friendly, too. Totally recommend!
