Mimi's Nails

I am a loyal 4 year customer but after todays visit with the mama of the shop I don’t know her name she wears glasses raspy voice shirt was rude and she lied to me and the way she handled the situation today was very poor customer service. I visited the nail shop on 05/19/2023 for a full set w/shellac polish and polish change on toes w/shellac. The guy that’s the cousin/nephew was rude after I told him not to put all that cuticle oil on my feet because it would stain my sandals. The mother did my nails cause she usually does a decent job so that’s why I preferred her and she’s not as rough as the tall man her husband. After leaving the shop the next day 5/20/2023 my nails at the tip was chipping. It wasn’t suppose to do that because the gel polish is suppose to last up to 2 weeks. I called

Not the best customer service and a bit rude. When I entered, I asked the cost of a manicure, I was told $15. The guy at the desk ordered me to wash my hands, the woman told me where to sit. When I did so, I noticed some really used up and unsanitary looking Emory boards and filing blocks 😱. The blocks looked so used they were torn (see pic). I asked him if he was going to use that on me and could he use different ones. He consulted with woman in his language then got a new file and block. He even said that I could take them home after. I thought, hmm …ok, good. When it was time to pay he tells the guy at the desk $20! I told him that I had asked beforehand and they told me $15. He said it was for the new Emory board and block that they “gave” me! I didn’t need those things to take home, I

Verryy pleasant and calm atmosphere, 2nd time being serviced, pricing is reasonable and the work is good. It's hard to find a good decent place of business and this is one, it's clean their friendly will inform you about nail care and are pretty quick without the feeling of being rushed. Most definitely going back🥰

I have been here many times over the past 6-7 years. It is close to home. However, they can be great one time and rude the next. Wish they would be consistently great. Also, watch and ask about the prices as well. I went to cash out, and the price had increased without notice. Even though the sign on the wall had not changed.

They r very nice. Before they help u. They ask would u like anything to drink. I thought that was nice. It's clean and they get u in and out while doing g good work. Love them will make this my nail shop
