first time customer: Before going to the shop, I called to confirm the price for a simple acrylic removal on my hands. I was told it would be $15, which made me happy since most places charge $20 or more. When I arrived, the technician who worked on me was very sweet. However, after she finished removing the acrylic from my first hand, the owner came over and told me the price would actually be $25 because the nails were thick and harder to remove. I don’t like confrontation, so I agreed since it’s their shop and their rules. But it was disappointing to be told one price beforehand and then charged a different price during the service. Just something to be aware of you may want to confirm pricing carefully before starting the service.

so I was in need of a new nail salon and a new tech to do my nails. I’m currently 40 years old and have been getting my nails done since I’ve been 14 years old on a consistent basis. So I stopped in Briggs chaney because I get my eyebrows done there and decided to go up to Mimi’s salon to check them out. well, I was blessed to get Ni Who I don’t think she realizes it, but she is going to be my new nail tech and I’m very pleased and surprised. She takes her time And is very knowledgeable at her job. I was very skeptical just walking into any salon because not all salons. Give great service but I would say not only was. Ni Amazing but all the other ladies that were in the salon were very friendly there as well great atmosphere good lay of Nails and they know what they’re doing. Check it out,

Save your money and go elsewhere!!! They don’t even know how to shape nails, messy job, and they’ll upcharge you for a color of a powder??? I asked for very short french tip…had I not literally taken the file from her hands and shaped them a bit up myself I would’ve walked out with uneven crooked and super thick nails. She left acrylic on my cuticle. She wanted to also upcharge me for a manicure all because I asked her to remove the shine from the nail bed. Last picture is what I asked for. Something sooooo simple. Should’ve been $52…but got charged more because of the pink????? On their menu it literally says full set with white tips so I’m not sure why I got charged an extra $10. Almost $70 for crappy nails.

Paid 77 dollars for a fill in and 2 designs- and this wasn’t my original design I requested. Wasn’t worth it AT ALL. My nail broke after 2 days. Another customer had the same issue with her nail breaking after 2 to 3 days. Had that nerve to charge $15 dollars to fix one nail and I just received a new set so it’s not like they’re old. I don’t mind paying for quality service but this ain’t it. Trust me when I tell you to look else where before stopping here
