Mimi's Nail Salon

I have gotten pedicures here for many years now. Lan is beyond awesome and all of the rest of the staff and even the other customers are so incredibly friendly. I was hesitant to get pedicures at first, but let me say that my toes have never been better. I used to cut my own and to say hatchet job would be putting it nicely. Lan does a perfect job every time and has made a difference in my life getting my toenails cared for by a professional.

It’s TRULY the only nail salon that I am 100% satisfied with. And I’ve been going for a long time. Anytime I HAVE to go somewhere else… just never as wonderful as my experience with Mimi’s

Best salon in town! Best pedicure. Best acrylic nails. I even get a reminder call for my appointments!! Mimi, Lann & Duke are like family! I'll never go anywhere else.

😡😡😡TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOWARDS WALK-IN CUSTOMERS!!!!😡😡😡 When I arrived I was greeted by a man doing a pedi. He then called for someone from the back a lady come to the front and said we don’t have time we busy we booked for today. (There were no customers in the waiting area, they were all already being serviced.) I said what you mean, don’t you take walk ins? she said when we have time and we not busy.... It was literally 3 customers in there already getting pedicures and nobody getting nails done, I just needed a fill in. Another lady came up and said we are already booked for today. I HAD NEVER BEEN TO THEIR SALON BEFORE AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WELCOMING TO NEW CUSTOMERS!!!!

Walk ins are not welcome here either. These places have signs on the door for walk ins but they do not take them. One customer was there and she acted as if she was overflowing with business and couldn’t take me she said she had too many appointments. Bahaha not from what I saw. I do not recommend going to this one.
