Mimi of Alexandria

I went to Mimi of Alexandria for the first time today for a wash, cut, blow-dry, and style. I was a walk-in; I did not have an appointment. Her business is on the first floor of a garden-style apartment building. I was a little hesitant at first, since this is not your typical commercial business setting. But to say this turned out to be a huge, pleasant surprise for me is an understatement! The place is clean and professional. There was plenty of free parking. She greeted me warmly and my whole experience there was wonderful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Mimi has been cutting my husband's hair for over 25 years and cut/coloring mine for over 10. It feels like you are visiting a friend when you stop by... it's not a hectic commercial place She actually listens to what you want while providing guidance. Ample free parking is available and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her! She also does in-home visits and specializes in elder care cuts. What a nice lady!

Mimi is nice and sweet. The place is kept clean. I went for hair wash and blow dry. And 8 will definitely be back!
