MiMi Nails

It was my first time going to this salon and i’m definitely coming back! Tina was so kind and was very attentive to what I wanted on my nails. She took the time to make sure my nail shape, design and overall look was okay for me. It was my first time trying a salon in over two years for acrylics and they made it absolutely amazing.

I am really disappointed to write this as I am in the cosmetology industry and all about customer service. On October 8th I call to make an appointment with Tina for the same day at 2:30. I was running late and called at 2:45 to find out if it was okay for me to come if it was too late. If it was too late, I would go to the nail salon by my house as she was hesitant to answer me. Tina responded how close are you i said I can get there in 10 minutes which would be 3:00. She then says okay come in. I arrive. Sit down. Tina proceeds to remove the nail polish. While removing the polish she poked my skin with her nail as if she was rushing. I said ouch you hurt me. No apology! She proceeds then I say to her I have 2 nails lifting. Tina says I can fix them but can't take off and do another set

They shop was very clean and the techs were very nice! John did my pedicure and fill-in, in which he did an amazing job I think. The last 3x I got my nails done, I went to Europe Nails in the ValleyMall, (2 regular gel manicures, and 1 Gel full set). My full set at Europe Nails was mediocre at BEST. I went with the "Coffin" shape and she basically made them just look square, but in the pics here from ProfessioNail I chose "Stiletto" and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them! John was quick, efficient, very polite and I will be returning there from now forward.

Used to be my favorite place, hadn't went to this salon in a while so thought I would try it out again. Everything was updated beautifully as far as new stations and pedi chairs. Downfall was I asked for a gel fill and they put acrylic back on my nails which I definitely did NOT want then after getting out into the natural light I noticed that my nails looked wavey. I thought well I can deal with that but the next day my nails started chipping and lifting underneath...VERY dissapointed!! Will never go back 😞

the BEST place to go to have your nails done!! the staff is nice, friendly, and lots of fun to talk to. I have yet to find another place as good as they are!
