I want to give an in depth review so “new people” at this store don’t get their money taken. This store gives ZERO refunds, so make sure you ABSOLUTELY want the items you are purchasing. They WILL NOT give you your money back in cash or credit, and have a tiny sign next to their register telling you that to justify it. They WILL NOT inform you before your purchase, they’ll tell you after you’ve already spent your money and you’re going back for a refund. You will only get store credit, therefore, your money still goes back into the store. To make it even worse, the return receipt is less than the size of your palm, and is easy to lose. If you lose it, you can’t get your store credit. Not only that, the prices in store are double what they are online. I found the item I wanted online for LE

I tried to go into the store at 7:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, and the door was closed. We saw the cashier walking out the door with her purse while another worker came by and opened the door. The worker said, “We’re closed and been closed all day.” Before I went up there, I called and asked the cashier if they had any spring twist hair and that I would be on my way. They didn’t close at 8pm as it says up on the door and it was very rude to lie in front of my face like that.

Absolutely love the hair products and accessories. The women who work there are super sweet and so, so helpful. Made me feel so comfortable finding the right pieces to go with the looks I was trying to find.

I was in and out. They are always friendly and willing to help you find things. The store has a huge selection of products.
