I had an appointment booked today (Saturday) at 4 pm. I called two days prior, and Nala or Lala confirmed my appointment. It was my first time coming here, and I had high expectations with the 5 stars this place had. As my mom and I walked in, the door had a sign that said CLOSED. I tried calling the number on the website and the number on a sign that showed what times they were open weekly, but none of them answered. I am very disappointed that I didn't at least get a notice that my appointment would be on a day it was closed. Even the website said they were open. It's a shame I wasted my gas and time.

Best hair service I ever had. Both ladies are talented; knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss options. I highly recommend them to be trusted with you hair needs.
