Milly's Dominican Salon

This was my first time at Millys and unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience. I spoke with Marlon beforehand about the hair I wanted and showed inspo pictures, but when I arrived he said the color wouldn’t look good on me and kept pushing something else. I asked for honey blonde highlights and instead ended up with grey, zebra-looking highlights. On top of that, my hair was cut even though I wasn’t ready for a cut. I have curly hair and layers were added, making it much shorter than I wanted. Overall, I felt unheard and unhappy with the service. One star just for the time and effort of Marlon more than 300 btw and no refund

All the women in my family & I have been going to Milly’s for over 10+ years. Great customer service, great environment & entertainment while getting beautified. Most either go to Milly herself or Marie. Both ladies do amazing work, but that’s for any stylist in the shop. I would definitely recommend this hair salon to anybody. And yes they can handle all different hair types & you will love the results!

I loved it so much, I was 100% satisfied with my new hair color. The people there are super friendly; I highly recommend them. Alexander did a great job, but everyone who works there is very kind.

HORRIBLE . Absolutely horrible. I wish there was zero stars!! was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The stylist was extremely rough, rushed through the entire appointment, and showed zero care or professionalism. My install came out horrible — uneven, bulky, and clearly not done correctly. What made it worse is that she did not listen at all. Both my mother and I clearly asked for one row, and she ignored us, doubled the bundle anyway, and then acted dismissive when we questioned it. Instead of fixing it, she refused to take accountability. When I asked for my money back due to the poor service and terrible install, she refused, despite the fact that the work was unacceptable. No customer service, no respect, and no concern for how her work reflects on her business. I l
