Today I paid $195 for a sew-in with leave-out, and the result is unacceptable. The tracks are clearly visible, my hair was braided painfully tight, and the work was poorly done. If you are not capable of doing a service properly, you should not offer it at all. I am extremely dissatisfied.

This was definitely not what I asked for. The Pinterest photo highlights what I asked for. I am highly disappointed. It was clear that the service was done completely wrong and nothing was done to remedy the situation.

I wanted to give the place a good rating but I cant give it higher than a 3 due to my experience. TL;DR: I don't know what is going on the with the hairstylist whose name I remember to be Neilsa, but she was 40 minutes late to our appointment that I had scheduled 3 days prior, and when she DID finally come in, she started doing another person's hair! She didn't even look at me when she came in. Terrible experience, I was so embarrassed at having literally been FORGOTTEN about. I had scheduled an appointment at the front desk about 2-4 days prior to the actual appointment. So basically I scheduled early, I was NOT a walk-in. The appointment was scheduled for 9AM on the dot. PSA it seems like they’re relaxing women’s hair without their permission and still are!! please be aware when coming in to get a wash and blow dry depending on what stylist you go to (i went to Antonia) you can walk out with significant damage if you like to wear your hair natural. i left here with a beautiful blow out but when i washed my hair my curls were gone- i ended up getting a pixie cut because i hated my curl pattern after the blow out (i waited 6 months for my hair to revert back and nothing) and after years my hair has finally grown back to chest length. i do my own blow outs now the same exact way blow dryer and brush and have never experienced this type of damage. here are photos of my hair before and after my blow out. shame on this place, from scrolling in the reviews it lo
