Millennium Beauty Salon

I booked an appointment through their website and paid required deposit. I DM'd and messaged them multiple times about potentially rescheduling since I couldn't make the date I had originally booked and I received no response. I had been trying for over a week trying to call and message the provided number and still no response. After another week I went to the website to cancel my appointment and saw it was already cancelled for me and I had never received any notification and they had the audacity to keep my deposit. I do not recommend booking its completely unprofessional to not respond or notify potential clients.
